A complete range of pre-treatment equipment, specifically designed to increase efficiency and reduce costs associated with installation and maintenance of spraying systems, from Bete Fog Nozzle

Bete is the UK arm of the US nozzle giant, Bete Fog Nozzle The Bete range can be introduced as a new system, or as a retrofit or expansion of existing equipment, and will be of particular interest to the pre-treatment industry including washing, phosphating, cleaning, plating and painting processes

Incorporating a full range of clamp-on nozzle assemblies, Quick-Disconnect pipe fittings, pipe saddles and riser supports, the Bete Pre-treatment Spraying Assemblies are available in a comprehensive range of standard sizes, or custom designed for specific applications.

Perfectly suited for harsh environments, and resistant to most acids and alkalis, the assemblies are available in a wide variety of materials including hard-wearing polypropylene.

The versatile system incorporates an extensive range of snap-release nozzles for any desired spray characteristic, which can be quickly changed and aligned by hand, without tools.

Compatible with a comprehensive choice of pipe sizes, the nozzles clamp securely on to industrial pipe fittings and feature a quick set-up system with user-friendly 'snap-in' nozzle tips.

The spray nozzles are also available with a double clamp base or adapter for higher-pressure operations.

Colour coded for pipe size compatibility, or custom designed for specific applications, the versatile spray nozzles can deliver a fan, hollow or full cone spray at angles of between 35deg and 95deg at flow rates of 0.35 to 15.8 gpm.

Male and female versions are also available.
