Need a cost-effective, flexible and easy-to-use pressurised cleaning system? Then the new MPA centralised cleaning equipment from B and G Cleaning Systems is modular, automatic and multi-outlet, and will satisfy even the most demanding of cleaning requirements To meet the stringent needs of the dairy, food industry and other sanitising applications, the efficient and reliable MPA has the ability to deliver pressurised hot water at temperatures up to 90C - within the sterilisation wash range

This is cleverly achieved by operating the pumps at slower speeds so as to avoid any damage due to cavitation.

The highly developed MPA system is offered with 2-6 pumps and can be applied to a multitude of tasks, by providing a number of individual outlets each with the correct quantity of water at the correct pressure.

The pressure pump set is manufactured in stainless steel throughout and is operated by selecting an appropriate spray lance and by having access to an outlet point that is positioned to suit the requirements of the customer.

Spray lances can be conveniently colour coded to a specific tasks or areas.

Alternatively the Vari-Flow spray lance can be used, allowing operators to set any combination of water flow and pressure (between 20 and 200 bar), depending on the job in hand.

The modular nature of MPA is a major advantage, allowing the customer to expand the system to meet requirements.

There is no limit to the number of outlet points installed and the system has the ability to detect the requirements of the operator and automatically deliver the correct flow and pressure.

All systems can be expanded to suit the application requirements (any specification of pump can be used) from a single programmable PLC control unit.

This enables the system to be individually tailored to the work in hand - all at the price of an 'off-the-shelf' unit.

There is also an integral monitoring program to ensure the correct operation of the system, identifying any faults on a diagnostic display.

In the event of a failure, the controller can activate a back-up system.

Single pump units are available for smaller operations, and the company can also supply centralised cleaning chemical systems for foaming and sanitising of bulk storage tanks and pipework etc All equipment and service is available with national coverage through the EDGE cleaning equipment group.
