A workshop designed to provide basic principles on welding stainless steel, specifically targeted at engineers and senior management involved in fabrication, will be held on 18 February in Sheffield
A workshop designed to provide basic principles on welding stainless steel, specifically targeted at engineers and senior management involved in fabrication, will be held on Wednesday 18 February at Outokumpu Stainless [formerly AvestaPolarit] in Sheffield Specialists from TWI Limited, the British Stainless Steel Association [BSSA], Outokumpu Stainless and Linde Gas will aim to set out good welding practices and right some of the misconceptions concerning fabricating with stainless steel
Other topics covered in the workshop include highlighting fabrication differences between standard and high performance grades of stainless, and outlining available support and development facilities.
The enrolment fee is GBP 50 + VAT, which includes lunch.
