Low flow measurement taken care of, with
Mini-flow
Mini-flow meters cope with a wide variety of extremely low flow liquid measurement applications: these are part of the Gemini Flow Measurement range, represented by Bell Flow Systems in the UK
Mini-flow meters form part of the Gemini Flow Measurement range, which Bell Flow Systems represents in the UK Mini-flow meters will provide applications solutions wherever accurate low flow measurement is required on liquids as diverse as petrol to paint

There are three sizes of meter in the mini-flow range.
The smallest model starts at 0.001 litres/min and the largest model starts at 0.25 litres/min and covers the range up to 500 l/hr.
All sizes are available in low and high pressure designs up to 551 bar with a choice of pulse output options or digital indicators and batch controllers for safe and hazardous area applications.

Mini-flow meters are based on the proven oval rotor principle, ensuring high accuracy and repeatability.
Precision engineering eliminates pockets in which liquid can stagnate within the measuring chamber of the flow meter.
A pair of intermeshing ellipsoidal gears rotate on shafts and sweep the chamber.
Each rotation measures a small volume of trapped liquid, independent of viscosity or density.
Magnets located in the gears enable each rotation to be picked up by sensors located in a secondary chamber within the meter body.
A nominal K-factor or pulses per litre value is arrived at in this way.
Reliability Mini-flow meters are designed to contain very few wearable and replaceable parts.
Meter construction enables fast and easy on-site servicing without the need to remove the body from the pipe work.
Each meter is individually tested to ensure that it performs within calibration parameters.
The results are detailed on the traceable calibration certificate, which accompanies each flow meter.
Accuracy is within +/-1% and repeatable to +/- 0.03 %.
Mini-flow meters provide low cost, high-resolution pulse meters capable of measuring fluids with viscosities from 1 to 1000 centipoise.
Body and rotor materials are either PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide Resin) or 316 S/Steel, with Hastalloy C shafts available for extremely aggressive chemicals.
Pulse output is either Hall effect or Reed switch.
Mini-flow meters will accurately measure, mix, batch and dose an extremely wide variety of fluid mediums including aggressive and intrinsically safe applications.
A choice of construction and sealing materials coupled with high resolution and high viscosity options enable the engineer to select a model, that is tailored to the application at hand.
