Interchangeable probes for pH and DO give indepedence through interchangeability, allowing replacement of the probes during batch fermentations

During fermentations unforeseeable things often occur What, for example, could be done in the past, if the DO-probe needed maintenance in the middle of a long fermentation?

Or if the pH-probe had to be recalibrated after the sterilisation?.

Nothing.

You had to start anew and all the work up to then was lost.

These problems are not necessary.

Bioengineering provides re-sterilisable interchangeable probes for pH (also available as a pre-pressurised gel electrode) and for Dissolved Oxygen (pO2 or DO).

Sterility is ensured even if the probes are mounted and dismounted repeatedly.

This enables maintenance of the probes without interruption of the process.

Interchangeable probes for pH and pO2 - for trouble-free long-term processes.
