Mobile CIP units for small plants
Rigid installations for Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) frequently do not pay off for small plants, because of the required piping, valves and tanks: an answer has been developed by Bioengineering AG
Especially in laboratories there is often not enough room for unimpeded work and a CIP unit Therefore Bioengineering have developed a compact CIP device
It is easy to connect the "CIP-Mobile" unit to a fermenter fitted with a spray-ball or a CIP valve.
The fermenter vessel is integrated into the CIP circuit and is included in the temperature control of the CIP fluids.
Water, process air for emptying and drain are connected at the CIP-Mobile with its integrated feed tanks for cleaning solvents.
After the cleaning of the reactor the CIP-Mobile is easily returned to the storage room, because it is mounted on a metal frame with wheels.
