New models in the 'compressed air station' range combine the award winning BOGE S Series screw compressor module with an integral refrigerant dryer and optional integrated frequency control inverter

Boge Compressors has recently launched five additional models to their popular 'compressed air station' range which combine the award winning Boge S Series screw compressor module with an integral refrigerant dryer and an optional integrated frequency control inverter.

The inclusion of these additional models extends the 'compressed air station' concept for the larger compressed air requirements from 75 to 110 kW.

The award winning Boge S Series screw compressor forms the basis of these compressed air stations.

An amply sized +3C refrigerant dryer (DIN ISO 7183) is included within the compressor package to create a complete compressed air station.

The compressed air station concept has become more and more popular as it eliminates the cost of interconnecting pipework in the traditional layout whilst providing the added bonus of footprint space saving.

Boge has also introduced two further options to the 110 kW model; the SF150, which integrates a built-in frequency converter and the SDF150, which integrates a built-in refrigerant dryer and a built-in frequency converter, both models providing an energy efficient option where compressed air demand fluctuates.

The Boge SF series of frequency controlled screw compressors work strictly in accordance with the compressed air demand by producing the exact volume of compressed air at the pressure required.

Frequency control minimises idling time and evens out air demand fluctuations.

In the right application energy costs can therefore be reduced considerably.

The new models of 75, 90 and 110 kW are available in the pressure ranges of 8, 10 and 13 bar.

Output capacities range from 9.80 to 18.4 m3/min.
