The Brookfield 2005 Viscometry, Rheology and Texture Seminar will take place on Wednesday 18th May at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Coventry.

The seminar, which has long been a favourite for staff and managers, is the ideal one-day course for users of Brookfield viscometers and texture analysers, providing a stimulating mix of practice and theory in a friendly atmosphere.

Delegates will learn about rheology and texture theory, instruction in the use and care of instruments, taking readings, calibration and services as well as taking part in a practical, application-based session where they can test their own samples.

There will be two guest speakers as well as representatives of the Brookfield team from the UK and USA.
