The new LFRA texture analyser offers an international industrial standard for proven, accurate, reliable and cost effective way to measure physical characteristics of foods and non food products

Brookfield recently made the first deliveries of the new digital LFRA texture analysers.

These were developed by Brookfield Engineering Laboratories from the pioneering Boucher electronic gel tester and Metric Stevens models which have become the international industrial standard for proven, accurate, reliable and cost effective way to measure physical characteristics of foods and non food products.

The product uses GME, GMIA AOAC and BS standard methods.

The LFRA features increased load capacities up to 4500g and new interface software, simple operation and calibration, compact size, robust construction, compatibility with all earlier LFRA probes and accessories at an economic price.

The new LFRA is in a class of its own, considered ahead of any competition.
