Brookfield, the leading manufacturer of viscometers for over 70 years, has been awarded a Gold Medal for its manufacturing standards Based in Massachusetts, the Brookfield Engineering plant is a modern manufacturing facility with extensive R and D department

In recognition of its production efficiency, the company was recently presented with a prestigious Shingo Award.

The Shingo Prize was established several years ago to promote awareness of Lean Manufacturing concepts and recognise businesses throughout North America that achieve world class manufacturing status.

During a in-depth two-day audit, Brookfield was evaluated by a site team which comprised of former Shingo prize recipients, Lean practitioners and University staff.

After a thorough evaluation of company manufacturing operations and business practices, Brookfield was awarded a Gold Medal.

The Brookfield product range includes an extensive range of viscometers, rheometers and accessories for accurate, reliable flow measurement as well as digital texture analysers.
