thinking

A rotary vial washer with a radically different design compared to traditional in-line washing systems, is now available in the UK and Ireland through process and pharmaceutical equipment specialists Biopharma Process Systems The innovative PennTech rotary washer provides a highly effective solution for vial washing

This compact, simple design ensures users have optimum choice and flexibility when positioning the vial washer in the production set-up.

For example the RW800 measures just 1550mm x 1450mm and with change parts can handle a vial range from 2 to 500ml with a change over time of just 15 minutes.

The design of the spray bar ensures only the correct amount of washing fluid is used resulting in significant savings in running costs.

In fact, PennTech have validated washers, which use less than 3 litres of washing fluid per minute.

Optional re-circulation packages are also available.

The design has minimal moving parts using intelligent motors for precise movement, so significantly reducing the likelihood of particulate generation.

All contact components are made from 316L stainless steel.

The PennTech vial washer is intrinsically designed to obtain a 3 log reduction in bacterial endotoxin removal.

Furthermore, short pipe runs, no 'dead-legs', combined with the highest quality manufacturing standards ensure PennTech washers are designed to perform to the highest standards. Request a free brochure from Biopharma Process Systems ...
