Biopharma Process Systems is pleased to introduce a new range of stir vessels with magnetic mixers from processing experts Adam Fabriwerk These vessels are suitable for use with injectables, plasma fractions, bacteria and cell cultures and infusion solutions, and much more

Unique features include zero hold up design of bottom outlet valve, calibrated full view glass for the stir vessel and CIP/SIP-style design of vessel, fittings and pipings.

Injection ports and injection needles are also available.

The magnetic mixer offers many advantages over conventional agitators, including elimination of contamination, free and clean working area around the charging port, and easy removal of drive unit.

Designed in accordance with cGMP requirements for CIP and SIP, its variable speed drive allows total control of mixing requirements.

The vessels are available with capacities from 50 litres to 500 litres.

Options include temperature, pH, and conductivity indicators/chart recorders.

These mixing vessels are part of a new range of pharmaceutical and processing equipment, which also includes granule processing and cream/lotion/gel manufacturing equipment.
