CIP process systems from Adam Fabriwerk

Adam Fabriwerk have been engineering quality processing equipment and CIP systems since 1980, with clients including some of the world's largest pharma and biotech companies

Clean-in-place, or CIP, is the process used to ensure that process reactors, vessels and lines are free of contaminants With better repeatability, and results, and more easily validated than manual cleaning, CIP has come to be vital for industries that require high levels of hygiene

Adam CIP systems utilise PLC-based control systems to completely automate the process cycle, reducing the need for human input and thereby minimising the risk of exposure to the cleaning chemicals.

Detergent / acid / alkali dosing can all be handled automatically, with supervisory access codes preventing unauthorised changes being made to recipes.

An on-line display allows you to view the process parameters whilst also monitoring pH, conductivity and TOC information.

The spray devices are turned by the pressure of the cleaning liquid by means of a specially positioned nozzle.

This creates a rapid repetitive impact of the cleaning medium which loosens the dirt and washes it off the tank surfaces, whilst ensuring minimum WFI consumption.

Adam Fabriwerk is also able to offer trial facilities to carry out CIP recipe development, as well as scale-up work and operator training.

Adam Fabriwerk systems are manufactured using the highest quality components from internationally renowned suppliers such as Mettler Toledo, Grundfos and Eurotherm.

A reputation of high quality and its tradition of cutting edge technology has enabled it to deliver quality engineering at a much lower cost than many of their competitors.

Every unit is available with full testing (FAT), installation, commissioning and documentation to the latest regulations.

Adam Fabriwerk is represented throughout the UK and Ireland by Biopharma Process Systems. Request a free brochure from Biopharma Process Systems ...
