Bosch Rexroth focuses on customers at Hillhead

The exhibits at Hillhead show the breadth of our product range in the heavy machinery sector, and also the technical excellence of our products and services, matching genuine customer requirements

Featured on the stand and providing an excellent example of this customer-focussed approach is the Rexroth Reman service.

Ideally suited for OEM customers, this service re-manufactures hydraulic components and offers them with exactly the same functionality and warranty as new products.

Reman not only reduces costs, but also saves energy and resources, as well as providing OEMs with an effective weapon for fighting against grey imports and counterfeit spare parts.

A before-and-after exhibit of pumps on the stand demonstrates unequivocally the effectiveness of the Reman service, and the quality of the results obtained.

Visitors to the stand will also be able to see the Rexroth BODAS-DI3 high-resolution graphics display for use in mobile equipment to display all available and necessary vehicle operating information.

The interface and information that needs to be displayed can be adapted quickly and easily to match every application making the DI3 a suitable solution for use in any operator's cab, whether it is a fork lift truck or a large mining excavator.

Up to two video cameras can be connected directly (such as for monitoring the work space around the vehicle and when the vehicle is reversing) providing additional safety and improved ergonomics for the vehicle operator.

Also in the spotlight on the Bosch Rexroth stand are drive and control solutions for excavators.

The company is featuring single-circuit options that use only one variable pump for all functions and offer loss-free slew acceleration and torque control, as well as dual circuit options which maximise controllability, response speed and stability.

Visitors to the Bosch Rexroth stand at Hillhead 2007 (from 26th - 28th June) who have a specific interest in cranes and drilling machines can see details of the load limiting control system which has been specifically developed for applications in these areas.

Throughout the exhibition, experts from Bosch Rexroth who have wide experience in the heavy machinery sector will be on hand to discuss their products and services with visitors, and to provide detailed advice on developing innovative and cost-effective solutions for specific applications.
