They will also learn how to make machine design simple by integrating motion and control through PLCOpen motion control and applying the Rexroth IndraLogic PLC technology to enable their businesses to become more competitive.
This programme also runs through some straightforward steps that can be taken to save time and money when designing, building and maintaining machines, thus avoiding the associated unscheduled downtime and stoppages.
Each attendee will receive a complimentary IEC61131 PLC starter pack from Rexroth.
Hardware contained within the pack includes the Rexroth IndraLogic L10 compact PLC with integrated Ethernet interface, and IndraLogic IO 16/16 input module and output module.
This is bundled with the associated Rexroth IEC61131-3 programming package containing Ladder, Structured Text, Instruction List, Sequential Function Chart and Function Block Diagram editors, along with WinStudio to create a complete SCADA/HMI solution.
The free Machine Automation Training Days will be held at the Bosch Rexroth sites in Cardiff, Cirencester, Bradford and St Neots, as well as at additional locations in Livingston in Scotland and Port Laoise in Ireland.
