The new Bourdon-Haenni YTED50 on display at Stand D64 at Mtec 2004 brings ATEX approval to the already popular TED50 digital pressure switch.

The YTED50 is a fully welded stainless steel construction based on the extremely popular Y900 range of pressure transmitters.

It therefore shares many of the available options like gauge, flush diaphragm and hygienic connections.

Incorporating the latest technological advances it as standard offers: extended fluid temperature range from -20C to + 100C; local digital pressure display; two dry set fully adjustable setpoints between 2% and 98% of span; fully adjustable hysteresis between 2% and 98% of span for each setpoint; optional 4-20mA output option; 0.2% accuracy; pressure ranges from -1 up to 400Bar Relative or 0 to 60 Bar Absolute; security code adjustment lock; auto zero function; ATEX Eex ia IIC T6 or T5 for Group II surface industries category 1G; ATEX Eex ia I for Group I mining industries category M1.

The YTED50 is the ideal solution for most pressure switch applications where dry setting and good hysteresis adjustment is vital.

This combined with the high accuracy not available in mechanical switches, hazardous certification and versatile process connection options make this a great product.
