The Baumer ED 752 pressure transmitter for seawater now has Lloyd's Approval, and is suitable for hydrostatic depth and tank contents measurement

The ED 752 by Baumer has received a Lloyd's certificate and is therefore regarded as particularly suitable for applications in seawater or in the ship building industry The submersible transmitter can be used for all kinds of hydrostatic depth measurements

The standard version of the ED 752 comes as a full stainless steel tool and is now also available with a pressure connection made from Hastelloy C especially suitable for seawater.

Additionally, it can be delivered in a flush diaphragm version with a variety of protection caps.

Various current and voltage output signals, zero setting, active temperature compensation and 0.4 per cent FSD accuracy (with 0.2% or 0.1% as an option), allow the ED 752 to meet the requirements of very demanding applications.

Its most distinctive features are its active compensation for temperature drifts, excellent repeatability and high long-term stability.

Protection class IP 68 and a breathing cable are the best qualifications for the use as submersible transmitter.

For use under hazardous conditions, versions of the ED 752 are available not only with Lloyd's Approval but also with ATEX Certificates.

The transmitter therefore is an ideal solution for applications on drinking water, waster water, tank level, sea water and submersible pumps to mention just a few applications.
