Robust digital pressure and temperature
monitoring
These totally stainless steel pressure and temperature switches are suitable for particularly severe industrial environments, and offer separate monitoring outputs
Based on microprocessor technology, the TED/YTED and ETTN/YTTN pressure and temperature control devices can be programmed completely on site using code protected keys They have two switch outputs, using PNP transistors or galvanic isolation

Configurable pressure transmitter from Baumer
With the FlexBar 3431, Baumer's product segment Process Instrumentation offers a fully configurable pressure transmitter with Profibus PA communication.
The separate output signal can be analogue (4 to 20 mA) or digital (RS485 Modbus).
The pressure monitors of the TED and YTED ranges are suitable for vacuum and absolute or gauge pressure measurements up to 400 bar.
TED devices are available for many different pressure connections, with a 300 degree swivelling version.
YTED pressure switches are also offered together with safety modules as complete ATEX intrinsically safe approved systems for hazardous areas.
The sensor, installed in the hazardous area, needs to be connected via a safety barrier placed in a non-hazardous area.
The power supply to the pressure switch is via the processing modules.
The ETTN and YTTN ranges of digital temperature switches can measure a scale from -200C up to +400C with an accuracy of +/- 0.5C.
It is possible to reduce the errors due to thermal resistance of the pipe or thermowell by manually entering the process fluid temperature into the ETTN.
Depending on the version, the temperature measurement is effected by a submerged probe or by surface contact.
The YTTN switch models are the ATEX intrinsic safety approved versions for use in hazardous areas.
