Compact and high performance pressure for OEMs
The new electronic pressure transmitter is compact and robust, and is ideal for applications where cost and performance are particularly important.
They are used in numerous applications in mobile and stationary hydraulic systems: from hydraulic clamping in machine tooling, hydraulic steering systems, off highway loaders, load monitoring on crane support struts or vertical cargo lifts and elevators.
The standard version offers a cast aluminium housing with stainless steel wetted parts: for aggressive environments a stainless steel housing is available.
The modular design and assembly of the switch offers a flexible concept which can easily be adapted to offer a "special" customer solution.
Beside the usual 40 x 40 mm Cetop flange, there are several threaded fittings available which can be rotated 360 degrees.
This feature allows alignment of the electrical connector into a preferable direction ideal for the installation.
Various process and electrical connections are available, include an M12 round connector.
There are 6 pressure ranges; from 0.4 to 6 bar up to 80 to 600 bar, each offering large span and precise low pressure set points and high proof pressures.
With this new compact pressure switch, the Series 8000, Barksdale has built on the know-how of the successful XTM, XTK, X1T and 96200 compact series, and launched a versatile replacement for these four products.
