On May 11th, Cooper Cameron announced the acquisition of NuFlo Measurement Systems, the parent company of Barton Instrument Systems.

Barton Instrument Systems design, manufacture and distribute measurement and control instrumentation for the global oil and gas and process control industries.

Established in 2003, NuFlo represents the merger of numerous well-respected measurement companies including Barton, Halliburton Measurement Systems, PMC and North Star.

NuFlo is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cooper Cameron Corporation.

Cooper Cameron Corporation is a leading international manufacturer of oil and gas pressure control equipment, including valves, wellheads, controls, chokes, blowout preventers and assembled systems for oil and gas drilling, production and transmission used in onshore, offshore and subsea applications, and provides oil and gas separation equipment.

Cooper Cameron is also a leading manufacturer of centrifugal air compressors, integral and separable gas compressors and turbochargers.
