Flow computer functionality: chart recorder prices
With the launch of the Scanner 2000 microEFM, the Cameron Measurement Systems has met the challenge to deliver flow computer functionality at chart recorder prices
By acquiring the business that created the Cameron Measurement Systems Division in 2005 (formerly knopwn as NuFlo Measurement Systems), it established a high-quality and well-respected foundation in measurement and control.
Subsequent acquisitions, such as Caldon, have allowed the Division to expand its technical capability to include fiscal as well as more highly engineered applications.
The Jiskoot acquisition is a logical - and highly valuable - progression of this strategy" he explained.
For Jiskoot, the power and capital behind a company the size and reputation of Cameron allows the operation to take advantage of emerging global opportunities for larger projects and engineered sampling systems.
The acquisition also serves to combine the Jiskoot market leadership with the reputation and product portfolios of the current Cameron sampling brands, Clif Mock and True Cut.
"Without question, this merger of technologies and products positions Cameron as the dominant provider of sampling, blending and multi-phase solutions across the entire oil and gas value chain," said Mark Jiskoot.
Going forward, Mark Jiskoot will assume the leadership responsibilities for all sampling activities within the Measurement Systems Division.
