New pipeline dryers and gas purifiers at
MTEC
At MTEC this year, Brownell will introduce a series of pipeline dryers and purifiers which will remove moisture, odours, hydrocarbons and selected gases from air, and industrial processes
Chemically adsorbent molecular sieves are used to selectively separate molecules with a size difference down to 0.1 Angstrom Molecular sieves are available in four ranges of 3A, 4A, 5A and 10 A (A=Angstrom)

Brownell NEPS1000 Advantage dry gas purge units
Brownell has introduced a dry nitrogen and gas purge improver, NEPS1000 Advantage, which can be used with most dry gases including argon, helium and SF6
Adsorbents are easily replaced when saturated.
Brownell dryers and purifiers range in size from 5 to 5000 grams with flowrate capabilities of 100 - 25,000 cc/minute, at pressures of up to 10 bar.
Other options include filtration to 0.2 micron for preventing solid contamination entering a process system.
Also a humidity or dewpoint alarm can be used to automatically indicate when the adsorbent is saturated.
Applications suitable for pipeline dryers and purifiers include: laboratory analysers, electronic instruments, optical equipment, workstations and semiconductor fabrication facilities.
Typical gases and liquids which can be dried are natural gas, ethanol and compressed air. Request a free brochure from Brownell ...
