Developed to improve belt drive efficiency and cut life time costs, PolyChain features a unique polyurethane compound giving it long life and hard-wearing characteristics, plus an aramid cord providing high power load carrying capacity.

* Once correctly installed operates at maximum efficiency for the life of the belt (standard belt life 3 years).

* Substantial weight and space savings.

* Low noise levels.

* Resists oil, chemicals, pollutants, corrosion and abrasion.

* Operates under extreme temperatures.

PolyChain applications include fans, blowers, pumps, conveyor drives, mixers and centrifuges.

BSL Brammer Mechanical PT business manager Mike Gathercole said: "Companies won't want to use anything else once they've fitted PolyChain".
