BioCote are pleased to announce another 'technology partnership' agreement for their advanced surface hygiene protection with Comark Limited, covering a range of hand held thermometers and data loggers.

Comark are acknowledged market leaders in the field of high quality, precision, electronic measurement instruments.

This latest development is seen as a natural progression for their long-term policy of offering 'Tomorrow's Solutions Today'.

Their products are used extensively in catering and throughout the food supply chain from 'farm to plate', together with pharmaceutical production including research, manufacture, storage and distribution.

Both NHS and private hospitals are included, together with public health laboratories, pathology departments and pharmacies wherever temperature sensitive materials and processes are involved.

The BioCote proprietary anti-microbial treatment is being incorporated as part of a rolling programme for the instrument cases of Comark products.

This will provide continuous, long-term surface protection to inhibit the growth or proliferation of microbes and dangerous pathogens.

The anti-microbial properties are impregnated as part of the moulding process for components, which guarantees full 24.7 protection against the spread of potentially harmful organisms via cross contamination.

BioCote protection is now increasingly being accepted as part of HACCP due diligence and health and safety system procedures, in conjunction with existing hygiene practices, in the continuing fight against infectious agents.

The products manufactured by Comark include temperature, humidity, pressure and pH measurement, including digital thermometers and temperature probes.

Systems include the Icespy radio transmission equipment, Diligence EV loggers, the EVG graphic display monitor and the HACCP hand held auditor, which offers individual solutions to wide ranging health, safety and other management procedures and systems.
