One treatment provides a hard-wearing powder-coated finish which is both durable and easy to clean.

Colour printing of fabrics can similarly be used to confer the protective properties, which can withstand conventional cleaning processes.

A gel or flo coating treatment is also available for GRP sheets or moulded products, ideal for washroom or shower installations to inhibit unsightly or potentially harmful mould growth.

Moulded or extruded plastic products can also be provided with surface protection by the incorporation of BioCote additives into their material formulations.

BioCote treatments not only provide effective long term protection against disease causing bacteria, but also virtually eliminate the possibility of generating further resistant strains of dangerous organisms.

These positive factors can provide an important element of HACCP due diligence and Health and Safety Procedures in the continuing battle against HAI and similar problems.
