Servo-assisted solenoid valve for universal use
The new Burkert type 6240 valve is an extremely compact, servo-assisted solenoid valve for universal use with neutral gases and liquids such as compressed air, water, hydraulic oil and steam
Modular Mini range of GP solenoid valves
The new Burkert Type 6027 modular range of general purpose solenoid valves is designed for use with vacuum, neutral gases, fluids (compressed air, water, oil) and slightly aggressive media, to 16bar
The voltage generated by the sensor is passed through an integral signal converter and relayed to the transmitter module that can be mounted directly or remotely as required.
The unit has been designed to eliminate bug traps and, using the unique Burkert EasyLink system, can be connected with diaphragm valves for applications requiring high levels of hygiene.
The sensing, monitoring and control are combined into two decentralised units and the many programmable functions available provide a wide variety of control choices.
The Full Bore Magflowmeter ensures a clean throughput of fluid with no obstructions, which means it can be used with dense or contaminated fluids without affecting process measurement or calibration.
The system is easily adapted to any application with a choice of PTFE, polypropylene or Ebonite sensor lining to suit the fluids being handled.
Sensor fittings are made from stainless or carbon steel and sensing electrodes are available in materials ranging from stainless steel to platinum.
A wide range of international standard process connections is also available.
The electromagnetic flowmeter is suitable for high-pressures (up to 40 bar) and high temperatures (up to 150C), is insensitive to flow profile changes, offers an accuracy of better than 0.2 to 1.0% of actual flow over the full range, and does not require re-calibration.
Additional benefits include 'empty pipe detection' for CIP and other applications where dosing is required, and an energy savings feature for use where battery power is used. Request a free brochure from Burkert Fluid Control Systems ...
