The Newton is housed in a compact, light weight ABS enclosure rated to IP65 that is impact resistant and enables ease of portability while the lid also has storage capacity for calibration ancillaries, meaning separate carrying cases are therefore not required for this product.
The calibrator covers a broad variety of pneumatic ranges from high vacuum up to 21bar internally using the built in pressure pumps with fine volume control and can be externally expanded up to 700 Bar for use in hydraulic applications.
The calibrator can easily be used in laboratory applications and is equally at home in the field.
An easy to use alpha-numeric keyboard and backlit LCD display allow the user to fully configure the calibrator for use in testing gauges, switches, electronic pressure sensors and infrastructure.
The calibrator offers instantaneous error reporting enabling rapid diagnostics to be effected and pre and post test data can be stored on board for analysis and incorporation into calibration certificates.
The Newton builds on the already comprehensive range of calibrators available from Calibration Dynamics including the ATEX approved B-20 Multi-Parameter, Multifunction Calibrator and 2300 series Precision Digital Pressure Gauge.
All will be available for demonstration at Farnborough while site demonstrations can also be organised.
