Calibration and measurement specialists Calibration Dynamics are attending this year's Sensors, Measurement and Instrumentation Show, the MTEC Exhibition, at NEC Birmingham from the 14th - 15th February.
Widely recognised for our extensive range of innovative products and experience within the market, we are committed to providing exact solutions and total customer satisfaction.
As well as providing standard "out of the box" configurations, we can also supply integrated bespoke packages for automatic or semi automatic calibration solutions, test systems or intelligent, high speed, multi - channel digital measurement.
We also market one of the most comprehensive ranges of portable multi-function multi-parameter calibrators including ATEX approved instruments; some of which will be on display at the show.
Among our featured devices we will showcase:.
* the Series 2300 - a handheld digital pressure gauge.
This portable boasts one of the best uncertainty specifications in its field measuring in at 0.015% FS.
It ranges to 400bar and has the capability to translate into 17 selectable pressure units.
The simple interface and tactile keypad enhances ease of use and protects product integrity.
* From the series 2300 we introduce pressure generation and offer the MEP - DC.
A highly versatile, extremely robust instrument housed in its own impact resistant case with the ability to calibrate a wide range of pressure devices, in a variety of units, up to 700 Bar.
Its main feature being the ergonomically designed pump and regulator, allowing rapid pressure generation and control whilst maintaining a stable position throughout use - therefore no more struggling to hold the instrument in place as you battle to pump up the pressure!.
* Add to that the scope for data logging and we bring to you the Newton.
This new addition to the market offers one of the most feature packed and robust solutions available and with its high accuracy offers cost effective, reliable, highly versatile calibration.
Offering pneumatic ranges from high vacuum to 21 bar internally using in built pressure pumps and fine volume control, it can be expanded externally up to 700 Bar for use in hydraulic applications proving that this device is as comfortable in the laboratory as it is in the field.
* And for ultimate versatility we present the series B-20.
This instrument is a highly integrated multi-function, multi-variable unit incorporating, in a compact and handy case, most of the functions normally available within the maintenance laboratory.
Not only does it simulate, generate and measure pressure, but also electricals, temperature and vacuum.
As well as featuring the specs of the above devices the B-20 can additionally offer digital measurement, automatic error calculation, signal conditioning, full calibrator set up and extensive logging function.
There is a built-in reporting facility, a communication link and the ability to upload/ download calibrator configuration.
Add to this the built-in battery pack and charger, intrinsically safe versions compliant with ATEX for EX II 2 G, EEx ib IIc T4, and with all this weighing in at just 6kg; it becomes clear why the series B-20 is sending shockwaves through the market.
* Also to be on shown on stand B 143 are the integrated digital pressure gauges DPG 2100 and 2400.
With ranges of up to 700 Bar, 33 selectable pressure units and accuracy to 0.010% FS the series 2100 provides exceptional performance.
This gauge can be utilised as a straight pressure indicator operating in absolute or gauge modes, a barometer or in an avionics derivative.
With the optional extras of RS 232 communications, carrying handle, hand pump and rack mount kits the 2100 becomes as versatile as necessary to fulfil your calibration or high accuracy measurement needs.
The 2400 offers low cost, single range pressure measurement.
The modest features and simple menu options combined with lower uncertainty levels mean that cost is reduced for applications where higher levels of uncertainty are not required.
And due to developments in sub components and volume sales of this product, a significant price reduction has now been applied to this compact bench mountable device.
Calibration Dynamics look forward to welcoming customers, existing and new, to our stand on this, our first visit to MTEC.
If you require any further information on any of the aforementioned products or indeed our involvement in the show please contact our sales team.
