Temperature + Pressure calibration equipment at OE

Ametek will be showing equipment from the JOFRA range of temperature and pressure calibrators together with Ametek Mansfield and Green pneumatic deadweight testers for fiscal metering at OE2007

The instrumentation will be shown on Stand No 128 by Accura Measurement, the Ametek distributor for the offshore industries based in Scotland.

The JOFRA IPI Series of Industrial Pressure Indicators is available as a standalone indicator or in one of 6 complete test-ready systems for pressure measuring and testing.

Certified for use in explosive environments, the IPI can be used in applications from safety valve checks to system pressure verification.

Combining the simplicity of an analogue gauge with the accuracy and easy to read display of a digital calibrator, the IPI can also be attached to Ametek Mansfield and Green diaphragm seals for use in process applications.

The Ametek Mansfield and Green RK and PK II pneumatic deadweight testers are NIST traceable and self-regulating with an accuracy independent of the operator.

The testers utilise a virtually frictionless ceramic ball floating on a layer of air within a stainless steel tube.

Accuracies of +/-0.05%, +/-0.025% and +/-0.015% are available, using stainless steel weights calibrated either to international standard gravity or local adjusted gravity.

The ITC temperature calibrators are part of the comprehensive JOFRA range of dual-zone dry block calibrators.

The unique dual-zone heating block ensures good temperature homogeneity in the critical calibration zone of the heating block.

MVI circuitry ensures stable temperatures even when the mains supply is unstable.

The ITC series is designed for both on-site and maintenance shop use, generally for critical process control applications.

The ITC series available in 3 different temperature ranges giving calibration capabilities from -23C to +650C and all models are equipped with RS232 serial communication.

All units are supplied complete with the renowned Jofracal calibration software for PC use.
