Thailand pharma plant learns from Casburt TMS

During August 2006 Casburt TMS were delighted to host a delegation from GPO, Thailand's largest state-owned pharmaceutical company at their facility in Stoke on Trent.

The delegates were attending an initial technical awareness session aimed at bringing their company closer to full regulatory acceptance.

The session was tailored specifically for the visitors who were from QA, QC and production departments.

Session leader was Terry Lewis.

Leading the delegation was Thai-based Linda Ambrose who travelled over from Thailand with the group members.

Linda, formally of the MCA, is operating as a consultant to GPO in its pursuit of GMP compliance and World Health Organization (WHO) acceptance.

Casbert TMS (Tablet Machine Spares) has expertise in tableting technology, covering all aspects of solid dose manufacturing - including the supply of new and pre-owned tablet presses, tablet tooling and all associated equipment.

This includes tablet hardness testers, tablet de-dusters, storage systems, press spare parts including turret heads, and one Casbert division specialises in tablet press and similar equipment refurbishment.
