Reflex was confident that Tetra Pak CPS, with over 80 years of experience in pasteurisation, could meticulously project engineer the entire production line for their latest product.
Expertise and a high level of flexibility won the order for Tetra Pak CPS, who supplied Reflex with a high efficient skid mounted pasteuriser and other associated equipment for its new factory line to process the drinks, which are being produced at approximately 50 x 500ml bottles per minute.
Having already purchased various equipment including a drinks bottler and bottle sleever, Reflex then turned to Tetra Pak CPS to integrate the whole system.
Alongside this Tetra Pak CPS was contracted to install all the services to the plant.
In addition to the process requirements, the entire system was designed with a total CIP (Clean-In-Place) solution.
Managing Director of Reflex, James Phillips was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and depth of knowledge shown by Tetra Pak CPS.
He said: "Tetra Pak CPS was chosen based on its reputation for quality, experience and level of service.
We were unable to find anyone else with the specific technology at the standard we required".
Commenting on the equipment and service Mr Phillips said: "The flexibility and quality of the equipment is superb and the number of options that were made available to us was remarkable.
