CDR Pumps, the chemical process pump manufacturer with manufacturing facilities in Milan, and UK headquarters in Northants, have extended their range of lined mechanical seal pumps, manufactured for the chemical, pharmaceutical and allied Industries.

The UCN series is a single stage centrifugal pump, designed to International standard DIN24256.

The units are available with either Polypropylene or PFA lined wet-end components, to handle a diverse range of toxic, corrosive or high purity liquids for industry.

Impeller designs are available with either closed design, for clean liquids, an open impeller for liquids containing some degree of solids, or alternatively with a recessed impeller for high degrees of solids handling capabilities.

The units are capable of handling single or double pusher seals, as well as cartridge seals from the leading seal manufacturers.

Units are capable of flows to 80 m3/hr against a head of 65 metres, with temperature variations from -20C to +160C.

CDR Pumps in the UK provide full technical and after sales service and support to ensure products remain operational on site at all times, with extensive stocks and consignment stocks available to suit customers specific requirements.
