Central Carolina Scale now distributes the legendary Rice Lake Weighing Systems RoughDeck Series floor scales designed to deliver a durable solution for shipping, receiving, warehousing and other material handling jobs.

The scale is also available in stainless steel and flip top versions.

Standard size is 4' x 4', but is available in various sizes and capacities up to 30,000 lb, this NTEP certified scale features a rugged aluminium junction box that is mounted as a handy slide-out tray.

This component is surrounded by a full, six-inch steel channel frame, welded to a durable steel deck to provide exceptional rigidity under severe loading conditions.

Reducing setup time, the RoughDeck includes quick-connect cables that simply plug in to the pre-wired junction box.

Once the scale is installed, the connection is hidden inside the deck so it cannot be stepped on or driven over.

The heart of the RoughDeck is a highly reliable load cell, constructed of high-quality alloy steel and it includes a welded seal and improved strain relief on the cable entry to provide enhanced protection from environmental damage.
