The 920i indicator/ controller features a large LCD screen that can be custom configured with weight character sizes up to 1.2 inches, active bar graphs, status messages and icons, operator prompts, and multiple soft key functions.
The 920i provides open connectivity with Allen-Bradley Remote I/O and DeviceNet, Profibus DP, and Ethernet systems.
Ideal for multi-scale applications, the 920i allows up to four scale displays with legal-for-trade information, or up to 32 weight only displays that can include individual scales and any combination of totalised scales.
It features a truck in/out program that stores up to 1,000 ID numbers, or can be programmed with a custom database program for storing information such as inventory records, mix formulas and shipping information.
Selectable A/D rates up to 960 per second, 16 times faster than competitive models, allow multi-scale control while maintaining optimum processing speed.
The 920i is also easily integrated into new or existing operations with features such as 100 setpoints, up to 340 digital I/O, 32 serial ports, 14 analogue outputs, and 14 pulse inputs.
