24 April 2009 - Ashbrook Simon-Hartley, a water and wastewater treatment specialist, has acquired the assets of Centriquip, the centrifuge manufacturer, from the administrator.
All former Centriquip staff and directors have been transferred into Ashbrook Simon-Hartley employment.
Although the Newcastle-under-Lyme office of Ashbrook Simon-Hartley will be the UK headquarters for the expanded business, the Centriquip product range will continue to be manufactured at - and serviced from - the Chesterfield site.
