Mixer stops solids from settling
For sludge mixing and a wide variety of water industry applications, Chemineer has introduced a new MR mixer
For sludge mixing and a wide variety of water industry applications, Chemineer has introduced a new MR mixer.
Complementing its proven range of impellers and drive systems, which already includes the large HT mixer and the small, portable XP, the new MR mixer stops solids from settling in sludge holding tanks, scum collection tanks, conditioning tanks and anaerobic digesters.
Equally effective, efficient and economical as a flash mixer, the MR can also disperse chemicals instantaneously into streams of liquid.
And for neutralisation, this innovative mixer from Chemineer quickly disperses acid or alkaline solutions for pH control at the main influence of a water treatment works.
Available with a number of new impeller options, including the lightweight SC-3 hydrofoil, the MR can be set up for low shear applications such as flocculation in deep water.
