The air driven diaphragm pump range from Chemical Process Solutions is equipped with unique composite diaphragms

The air driven diaphragm pump range from Chemical Process Solutions is equipped with unique composite diaphragms The surface of the diaphragms is smooth and they are sealed by a unique labyrinth seal arrangement, which does not require any additional sealing

Due to the integrated metal core, they do not require diaphragm discs which frequently give rise to leaks and attract dirt on other more traditional diaphragm designs.

The diaphragms have were originally designed from the "PTFE" point of view, which has resulted in a large diameter and short stroke with low flexural load.

This ensures uniform delivery regardless of the material of the diaphragm, unlike other traditional diaphragm designs where capacities are reduced when using PTFE.

The diaphragms are available in EPDM, NBR or PTFE and can be ATEX and FDA approved.
