Brunata energy monitoring expertise hits the UK
The Danish energy monitoring provider, Brunata, recently established a UK base with the service provider "Calibration Trade Centre", of West Sussex, to supply energy metering equipment and services
The calibration rig has facilities to provide various outputs, including pulse counts, frequency, analogue and pressure drop parameters.
The rig has been specially developed to cover the requirements of high air flow meters used for Formula 1 aerodynamics research, truck engine development and the power generation industries, but has also accommodated tests and services for the bulk solids blowing and building leak testing sectors.
This new facility is in addition to the 1 m x 1 m wind tunnel test section currently housed on the ground floor of the test laboratory, giving an anemometer calibration range capability of 0.2 - 50 m/s across the two calibration facilities.
