Celsum Technologies offers the EC4-173 single-channel PID thermo-regulator, in a 48 x 48 mm package, accepting both Type K and Type J thermocouple inputs The unit has an output to drive a solid state relay (SSR), and operates from a nominal 230VAC supply
The operating range with a Type K thermocouple is 0 to 999C, and with a Type J input is 0 to 700C.
