19 January 2010 - Chloride has completed the acquisition of Alternative Engineering Systems (AES), a provider of generator services and a supplier of generators in the Republic of Ireland.

Based in Dublin, AES delivers services for businesses that are reliant on generators, supplying units and providing planned and reactive maintenance across various market sectors, ranging from retail to healthcare.

12 November 2009 - Chloride has acquired Emergency Power Systems (EPS), a national provider of standby power solutions and services.
