The company expects the Bulk 9 to find applications for weighing materials including fertilizer, plastics, feed, food, grain, milk powder and flour.
High reliability and optimum weighing performance ensure the system meets the most stringent accuracy classes for automatic weighing according to OIML Recommendation R107.
The system features all the crucial elements for effective bulk weighing including subtractive taring, automatic and manual zero setting, in-flight material control, residue weight determination and filling counter.
The filling control allows full flow input in receiving mode with additional medium and dribble flow control for shipping mode.
The standard software offers the ability to store extensive product data and customer information, while easy to view diagnostics make on site troubleshooting very straightforward.
The built-in simulation mode can be used for both training and troubleshooting purposes.
The Bulk 9 is designed for use with a wide range of weighing scales and is the perfect companion for Chronos Richardson's Chrono-Weigh series of bulk weighers.
The system has been designed for optimum flexibility and ease of operator use.
Clear weight information and messages are displayed in plain text and language can be selected via the menu from English, German, Spanish and French, plus one other native language.
A full keyboard can also be connected to simplify data entry.
A wide range of standard and optional inputs and outputs, together with fieldbus networking capabilities, ensure that the system can be integrated into both new and existing installations.
Communication with peripheral devices such as printers or laptop computers is easily achieved and a wide range of printout options can be programmed in the unit.
