The unique non-stop operating design and a horizontal configuration allows the FS-200 Series to use a large capacity film roll for sustained long-term operation.
Depending on the product being bagged, bag size and film thickness, the FFS-200 Series can package a wide range of loose fill materials at rates of up to 1,920 bags per hour.
It can be integrated upstream with either a weighing or volumetric feeding system and downstream to conveying and palletising systems.
The FFS200 handles film sizes of minimum width 270mm to maximum width of 685mm; minimum length 355mm to a maximum length of 1140mm.
Optional items of supply include.
