Extensive application experience enables Chronos to offer dedicated on-line or off-line systems to suit all material throughputs, chemical toxicity, weighing accuracy and space availability requirements.

Each ingredient can be logged into the CR600XP control system via a barcode reader and every complete batch provided with a barcode on leaving the system for integration into a Material Tracking System.

For applications where the number of ingredients is very large, Chronos offer a range of manual weighing stations for ingredient preparation.

Though materials are weighed manually via an operator prompting system, the CR600XP control system will only accept weighments that are within the tolerances specified in the formulation, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency.
