Nottingham-based Chronos Richardson will be exhibiting at the PPMA 2008 exhibition in late-September, at the NEC in Birmingham, on stand B97

Graphic displays and presentations will be used to illustrate all of the new products that have evolved from the co-operative development arrangements within the Chronos Richardson Group, which is a Business Unit of the Canadian company Premier Tech At the PPMA exhibition these products will reflect the Chronos Richardson ability to provide all aspects of an integrated bagging line - from weigher to palletiser

The new Chrono-Weigh E55 F1 High-Capacity Nett Weigher can achieve outputs of more than 2,000 weighments per hour.

The E55 F1 features state-of-the-art servo technology for accurate control of the dosing device and precision weighing accuracy even at this high speed.

Also being illustrated is a new development of the internationally known E55 nett weigher.

Each of the new items of weighing equipment is designed to comply with the latest stringent hygienic requirements of today's process industries.

Both weighers are controlled by the SpeedAC NXT controller, which was recently awarded the international Measuring Instrument Directive (MID) certificate.

A new open-mouth bagging system the OML 600 system has been designed for bagging granular products with a capacity of up to 900 bags per hour.

Optimised technologies and a competitive purchase price have enabled the OML 600 to achieve good sales in a range of process industries.

A special success story from Chronos Richardson during the past twelve months is the RP 1200 robot palletiser that was introduced last year.

This high-capacity system with patented gripper technology offers the optimised formation of palletised layers, has already gained a strong foothold in the market.

A new motorised gripper assembly will also be illustrated, which provides robot palletisers with a '5th movement axis' for precision bag positioning every time.
