The CEIA THS/FB metal detection system is fully compliant to the new Supermarket specification, providing the easy route to ensuring the detection of metal contaminates in food products
The CEIA THS/FB metal detection system from Constant Instruments is fully compliant to the new Supermarket specification, providing the easy route to ensuring due diligence in the detection of metal contaminates in food products.
The system complies with the latest standards of Supermarket Reject Confirmation and the latest QA test procedures.
The system is extremely versatile providing the ability to be adapted to suit any line direction and reject formation.
The standard drive system has variable speed and the line speed can be product dedicated via the product menu program.
The THS/FB system is available with a choice of CEIA THS range metal detector heads.
The THS/Std metal detector, THS/3F Multi Frequency enabling inspection of both metalised film and poly wrap products and the THS/MN Ferrous-In-Foil for inspecting products in foil trays.
Constant Instruments will be exhibiting the CEIA THS range of metal detectors at the forthcoming PPMA Show at the Birmingham NEC in Hall 12 Stand 12220 from the 27th - 29th September 2005.
