Calibrated test pieces for metal
detectors
Constant-Ceia metal detection test pieces set a new industry standard, tested for electromagnetic conductivity - far more accurate than the industry standard approach relating to a sphere diameter
The Constant-Ceia calibrated metal detection test pieces are setting a new industry standard These test pieces are compliant with a Certification of Calibration relating to electromagnetic conductivity, and not just a simple certificate of conformity relating to a sphere diameter tolerance as supplied by other manufacturers
Our QA Calibration test sticks are individually tested and approved by LACE Laboratory procedure to standards IO-EMC-003 and ISO 9001.
Each calibration piece is serial numbered and issued with an individual Certificate of Calibration, confirming its traceability and compliance for electromagnetic conductivity and permeability at a measured frequency.
These test pieces are available in 0.5mm increments in Ferrous, Non-Ferrous, and 316 Stainless Steel metals.
