The new Sequence Batch Reactor (SBR) Package from Controlstar Systems is a complete integrated solution of hardware, control software, and optional SCADA, plus SMS alarm system in one pre-engineered package The package includes free development tools to rapidly customise the solution for the client application: minimising design effort, engineering costs and providing a fast track solution

The package comes with a complete documentation template.

From a straightforward single SBR application to multiple sites that are supported by a distributed organisation the Controlstar SBR package provides a proven solution that can be purchased off the shelf, but can be cost effectively tailored to the needs of each application.

SCADA and MMI.

The system can be optionally configured with no local or remote operator interface, in this mode the system behaves as a black box controls system, but with the benefit of the Fusion support package which supports modifications and upgrades to accommodate new operational requirements.

The maintenance staff can also access the live control logic via a temporary terminal over the Ethernet, or remotely via a dial up connection, Internet connection, GSM/GPRS.
