Mobile filtration test unit is a first
Cross Manufacturing has introduced what it believes to be the only fully self-contained, mobile filtration test unit available from any manufacturer of filter equipment in the UK
The option of renting the equipment is believed to be unique in the industry.
Renting offers the benefit of preserving capital expenditure since payments are normally allocated to revenue budgets.
Renting may also help to simplify financial planning since payments are fixed for a minimum period of twelve months.
According to Cross, additional benefits include the peace of mind in knowing that a full service contract using qualified Cross engineers is included, as well as priority call-out status in the event of a problem or breakdown.
The rental option has already been adopted by users in the water industry and Cross believes that it will prove increasingly attractive, especially as the introduction of strict Environment Agency consents dictates the installation of additional filtration equipment.
It is hoped that the building services industry, where capital budgets are often under pressure, will also see renting as a realistic, practical alternative to purchasing.
