Advanced process control software maker ControlSoft has announced the opening of a new liaison office in Mumbai, India.

This is the second ControlSoft office in the Pacific Rim trading area, following the establishment of its Shanghai, China, office.

Business manager Manmeet Ahuja and South India regional representative Pramod Pisharody are located at 421, Marathon Max, LBS Marg in Mulund.

Meanwhile website visitors may download a free copy of the latest version of the ControlSoft PID Loop Tuning Pocket Guide, which was recently expanded to include both open and closed loop tuning procedures, along with additional reference material on controllers.

ControlSoft provides two proven software products which are PC-based and work with existing control systems: Intune for process control monitoring, tuning, online diagnostics and automatically reporting poor performance, and Mantra for advanced process control systems, using model predictive techniques to improve profitability and product quality.
