Emission analysers with H2 compensated
CO sensors
The Telegan Tempest multi-gas emission analysers and Sprint flue gas analysers now have hydrogen-compensated carbon monoxide (CO) sensors, improving monitoring accuracy
The Telegan Tempest multi-gas emission analysers and Sprint flue gas analysers now have hydrogen-compensated carbon monoxide (CO) sensors In many industries, such as steel manufacturing, hydrogen forms part of the flue or stack gas emissions

Standard CO sensors react adversely to hydrogen, producing inaccurate readings.
Telegan has solved this problem by designing analysers which compensate for this effect, ensuring accurate CO readings at all times.
The Tempest range is rugged, portable and very easy to use.
Depending on the model, it has up to six gas sensors, as well as differential pressure and differential temperature sensors, allowing the instrument to be configured for specific monitoring requirements.
Data logging can also be enabled for remote analysis of emissions.
All emission data can be downloaded to a PC using standard Windows software, and an integrated printer allows hard copies to be produced at the touch of a button.
The Sprint range combines a flue gas analyser, differential manometer, differential thermometer, gas leak detector and carbon monoxide monitor in one hand-held unit.
It allows instant printing of records, continuous sample pumping during pressure readings and easy gas tightness testing.
The latest model, the Sprint 3000, can also send combustion data direct to any palm-sized computer compatible with Bluetooth wireless technology. Request a free brochure from Crowcon Detection Instruments ...
